I can, of course, cover the same range and substitute certain oils depending on personal preference or, if you have a specific request, send me the details via the "Contact us" page and I can make a bespoke product to your needs - I will contact you with prices for your requested products before I make them up, so you can still change your mind. Payments: Payment is secure through PayPal but you don't need to have, or create, an account with them to make a payment. If you require multiple quantities of any items, you will be able change the quantity in your 'Shopping basket'. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT. | Postage:- We try to keep postage simple and there is no additional VAT charge on top of postage. Spend up to £35.00 and postage within the UK will only be £3.50. Items will be posted by standard UK second class mail within 5 days but we always try to post asap. Spend over £35.00 and postage is free. I'm afraid that this excludes the Highlands and Islands of Scotland which, beautiful as they are, might as well be on the moon as far as the UK's postal service providers are concerned! | * SLS & SLES (sodium lauryl sulphate and sodium lauryl ether sulphate) and parabens etc: SLS and SLES are simply surfactants (they break down grease and oil) used to cleanse and make the lovely foamy bubbles we all love so much! They are allegedly linked to skin problems and other health issues, although the jury is still out and the Internet allegations aren't all they appear and need to be taken in context; the alleged health effects are generally related to lab experiments involving large doses of the chemicals injected directly into cells; so make your own mind up, but make sure you do it from an informed and balanced stand-point. That said, we'd rather not take the chance and try to minimise our childrens' exposure to these chemicals. It's a similar story with parabens; they are a preservative and we can not get a supply of base bath wash without them as no supplier will stand the liability for microbial contamination. As with all our products, we try to minimise the amount of these that are in our products. Note that many very well-known big-name brands in this industry make a big play of the fact that their products are "natural" and/or "organic". They are usually disguising the fact that their products contain these chemicals, sometimes in surprising amounts. As for being "natural", you can start with the most natural ingredients in the world but after a dozen stages of extraction, purification and 'refinement', all you've got is the chemical constituents. It's all very subtle and clever marketing really. Unfortunately if, like many of our customers, you want lots and lots of foamy bubbles or don't want mould growing in your face creams, there's no other decent alternative.
