I love the face cream - I find it really hard to get a face cream that takes the dryness of my skin seriously; as a long term psoriatic I find that a good, gunky cream is really hard to
come by.  Anything produced by a cosmetic company for really dry skin is invariably water based, so it's no use for *really* dry skin.  I tend to use E45 or diprobase, but that lacks a
certain glamour factor, so it's really nice to find a face cream that has some serious weight, actually moisturises my skin, and feels like a nice, feminine cosmetic like what a real
person might use, rather than a medication...  Brilliant!  My only complaint is that the jar is too small - I'm so afraid of running out that I don't use it morning and evening (and even
then, I've run out now.)

I use the kids 'magic cream' on my psoriasis blotches; specifically any on my face, where topical steroids cannot be used.  I tend to find that it keeps the skin calm and minimises
redness, and can even get on top of the blotch and stop it from getting properly established.  Which is more than can be said for most prescription creams I've tried.  On the well
established psoriasis on my arms and legs it's less effective, but then so is everything else, and this is pleasanter smelling and smoother to use than many other things I've tried.
I tend to alternate this with various other things, depending on how bad my skin is, and how cross/desperate I am to control it quickly.  Its only drawback is that the carrot oil can
stain if I put white clothes directly on top of a fresh application of it.  For me, this isn't an issue - most of my clothes are stained by psoriasis gunk of one type or another, and the
orangeness washes out, leaving only a slightly oily mark (which may or may not come from your cream - as I say, most of my clothes are marked and I'm bad at keeping track of
what caused the marks!) but it might be worth pointing out that any slight oranging of clothes after application will not survive a normal (cold) wash cycle...
